Rubery, Owen & Co. Ltd., Darlaston, STAFFS. Dear Owen, Thank you for sending the Talbot wheel. We are interested in its appearance, i.e. the use of a centre disc covering most of the wheel, and the method of securing the centre. Our suggestion is that we should like to buy this wheel from you, if you are willing, so as to be able to keep it for reference. We shall then shortly design a wheel on these lines to suit our axle and then submit it to you for a quotation. If you are agreeable to this will you let us know at what price we can have the wheel and whether you normally supply the centre disc chromium plated and polished so that only painting is required by the chachbuilders.
