PHANTOM OVER-OILING.

We have been testing out a scheme which we had hoped might prove more permanent and less expensive method of correcting over-oiling on the Phantom engines.

It would help us considerably if at the first opportunity you could let us have for 2 days, a car which is suffering from this complaint.
