Hotchkiss car. Very bad even with long prop. has same faults. Note difference with and without shock absorbers.

Shock absorbers. Note particulars French type enclosed. There seems to be very few really good ones procurable. Must push ahead with ours.

2.
Steering wobbles. Only prevalent with American tyres and detachable rims. Have demonstrated and got rid of satisfactorily on a car with this complaints with our pivot friction device brought with me.

3.
Magneto failures. Poor slow running. Same as we experience.

Overoiling - Plugs chief fault - O.K. if Champions used but consider poor for overheating, etc. Have put it up to them to find some better. Now trying Bethlehem plugs on 22-LW.

4.
H.C. too high. Bad gasoline - pinks, etc. - no benzole available. Bad boomy (all metal) bodies. Changed open for summer, enclosed winter.

5.
Dynamo does not keep batteries charged.

Expect all these points to be brought up for discussion.
