8122. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} E.11/HP.12.11.32. c. Mor by.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Peregrine 2 Engine Mounting. Herewith please find prints LeC.3266 and LeC.3268 and LeC.3270 showing final proposed mounting for Peregrine 2, which we suggest you should rig up for Peregrines 4 and 5. LeC.3268 is only a temporary modification of the main scheme transferring the damper spring to a position where it can be adjusted for different degrees of damping, and would not be required permanently since once the damping is decided we should use the spring shown on LeC.3266.
