Dear Sir,

Re: Wide Frame 25/30 HP. - G-6 Type Chassis.

We regret that we have been unable to give you instructions concerning the modifications to the rear quarters of the body for 29-G-6. Our researches are still in progress and we anticipate we shall be able to accept the body unaltered. We will write to you in due course when we have arrived at a conclusion.

We experienced several troubles with the mounting of 28-G-6 and 27-G-6. They were as follows:-

28-G-6 (1) The body was made to take the original chassis floorboards to LeC.5159. These were superseded by N.Sch.5074-5, sent to you with our E {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /Svy/M. of March 20th.last. No doubt you will see that the body for 29-G-6 is correct in this respect.

(2) The junction box for the Rear Number Plate and Tail Light was in an exposed position where it became battered by stones. If it were higher up it would be in a less vulnerable position.

27-G-6 (1) No platform was provided in the central ridge of the front wing to receive the winglamp.
