(4) After the governor test (see sheets dated 28.1.25 headed "EAC. Oil Relay Ignition Governor" - this being a portion of Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/LG28.1.25) the H.T. rotor shall be examined for registry with the stationary H.T. points, including comparison of the radial clearances with the limits given on the drawing.

The distance measured from the leading corner of the rotor to the centre of the mark where the sparks have passed, must lie between the limits .175" to .050".
