To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from EFC. c. to CJ. c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} X.3362 - LIGHTING INSTALLATION - LAMPS. X-1114 In accordance with your R9/G7.1.21, we have had enquiries made of the Ediswan Company for 24 volt half watt type lamps and they have now sent us a sample and sample holder of the lamp which is marked 25 volt, 15 watt, and presumably of about 30 c.p. This lamp is the smallest c.p. of the half watt type the Ediswan Co. make for 25 volts. Regarding smaller c.p's than 48 for 12 volts, the Ediswan Co. cannot offer us anything, but we are again having enquiries sent to the G.E.Co. and the B.T.H. Co., and will let you know the results in due course. I have no record of having sent you any 12 volt half watt type lamps of less wattage than 24. EFC. [Watermark: DICKINSON BOND] | ||
