To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} +308 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}13/KW.13.9.35. SpectreCodename for Phantom III. We are having trouble with periods of flooding on No.2 chassis, which we think is due to the floats being insufficiently buoyant to maintain a seating when the engine moves on its flexible mounting. Will you please prepare 2 complete sets of floats, 1 set in 27 SWG. - .0164 and 1 set in 28 SWG. - .0148, for trial in this unit. The carburetters are of the latest type LeC.4378, having the top float chamber feed. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/L.H.Swindall. | ||
