Six months I 3 4 4 132.PY(49,500 Kms) Ast.shafts seized owing to the Z T 2 drip plug having originally been fitted the wrong way round, thereby preventing oil reaching the shafts. Please refer to remarks of last quarter. 6 Brakes thump. March quarter C.C. I I I C.P. Previous quarter C.C. I I I C.P. Six months 2 2 2 68.SK (10,223 Kms) front brakes thump and judder. Cleaned & rebedded liners of o/s front brake . 7 Brakes - oil leaking on to & pulling to one side. March quarter C.C. 2 2 2 C.MP. Previous quarter C.C. 3 3 6 C.P. I I 7 Six months 4 5 9 9 44.PY (29,280 kms) Cure oil leak to front brakes by dismantling & remaking the joints of the lower pivot flange. II9.SK (15,600 kms) Rebedded the liner of the front & rear brakes. The majority of these complaints were due to oil leakage from the lower pivot flange. 8 Brakes & servo inefficient. Six months 5 5 10 10 GSF.52 (21,947 kms) Servo inefficient Fitted new liners to the servo. 70.SK (20,000 kms) Brakes inefficient Dismantled the front drums, removed traces of oil from liners & rebedded same. Fitted reinforced type lower pivot plates to the o/s & n/s pivot axles to cure oil leak. Repaired one oil pipe. I7I.RY (19,919 miles) Cleaned & rebedded the front & rear brakes & fitted a reinforced type lower pivot plate to the off-side pivot axle. We finally had to fit new liners to the front brakes before the brakes could be passed off test as effecient. II SK (15,600 kms) oil on servo liners fitted new liners. | ||
