X.3540. RE PENDULUM LEVER - GOSHAWK. X.4264.

We do not like the present pendulum lever N.288, and wish to substitute for it a modified design, which we shew on "N" scheme 675. The modification is in the shank and does not effect the machining at all. Would you please put through a new detail in accordance with "N" scheme 675, of which two prints are attached, as this lever will also be used on "kite".
