Handwritten note: Tester Dear Sirs, We have to advise you that in view of the increasing difficulty which is being experienced in obtaining certain types of material and also the fact we have to obtain licences for certain material, we find we cannot guarantee delivery of any equipment in less than four months from receipt of instructions. Under these circumstances, we would ask you to give careful consideration to the position of any orders you may have placed with us and assure yourselves that these cover a period of at least four months. In such cases where this period is not covered, we urge you to place additional orders immediately for a period as far ahead as possible and to give us your definite delivery instructions. Only by strict observance of this procedure can we hope to ensure continuity of delivery and we are sure you will be only too anxious to co-operate with us. We shall be glad to have your acknowledgment and, in the event of your not being covered adequately for material, your further instructions. Yours faithfully, AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS COMPANY LTD. F.H.
