LG62 Exptl. Dept. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GR.{George Ratcliffe}11/KW. 12th September, 1935. Mr. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Thompson, Messrs. O.D. Cars Ltd., Dunmore, Antrim Road, Belfast, Ireland. Dear Sir, In your Garage there is a large packing case which originally contained my spare parts. Will you be so kind as to return same to our Works, but before sending it back will you also please search it carefully for the following tools - 1 Box Spanner and Tommy Bar. 1 Valve Holder (nickel plated and buff polished). Somehow or other these were misplaced or not unpacked when the case arrived, and I am very anxious to get hold of them again. There is a possible chance that they may still be in the case amongst the shavings. Thanking you for your kind attention. I remain, Yours sincerely, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
