All letters must be addressed to the Company, not to individuals.

For the attention of Mr. West.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 8th inst. relative to 14 mm. Sparking Plugs for your 20/25. h.p. car.

In accordance with our telephone conversation with Mr. West to-day, we will look into the design of the RL.14. plug with a view to increasing the internal clearances in order to enable you to run the plug with a wider gap without internal sparking.

In regard to your request for a cheaper plug of the wrapped mica type, we quoted you on the 30th January last for our Model CB.14. We understand you would like to test this plug and we are therefore arranging to send you 1/2 dozen free samples for this purpose. We should be much obliged if you would kindly let us have a report on the result of your test.

Yours faithfully,

LODGE PLUGS LIMITED,
Bernard Hopps.
DIRECTOR.
