IS THERE SUCH A THING AS A GYROSTATIC WOBBLE AND CAN IT BE AT WHEEL SPEED WITH SUITABLE MOUNTING. IS IT THE SAME AS THE ORDINARY PRECESSION. WOULD YOU LIKE TO COME AND SEE ME WITH HIVES ON TUESDAY ABOUT THIS AND THINGS GENERALLY. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT BY ADDING THE WEIGHT OF THE BRAKE DRUM WE HAVE BROUGHT THE GYROSTATIC WOBBLE TO THE SPEED OF THE ROAD WHEEL. TELEPHONE ME ABOUT TWO O'CLOCK.

ROYCE.
