S/W. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}/Mac{Mr Macintosh}9/YG17.3.23. Y677 Triptyque for Goshawk 4/G/2. We are in receipt of your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG15.3.23. and really cannot understand how it is that triptyque for the above chassis is only available for two months. You do not tell us how you have discovered this fact and it is certainly true, as you assume, that all triptyques are available for six months, at any rate for France. We are, however, writing to the R.A.C. here, asking them to verify what you say and if their records show that the triptyque is only for two months, to give us a letter authorising an extension of time to 6 months or only 4 months as we note that the latter is all that "R" requires at Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence. We will advise you of their reply and give you full information as to how this matter can be satisfactorily settled at Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence without inconveniencing "R" at all.
