To reduce amount of exhaust noise. Experimental Test Report. The dimensions of the silencer are the same as the present standard. The modification consists of alteration to baffles. See report. Road Test Report. Fitted to 46-PK and 93-NK - run 900 miles. A slightly modified form of this silencer is running on 8-EX car in France (7500 miles), and London Trials cars.
