Bench and road tests. SUMMARY OF TEST. We have heard of complaints of poor carburation and consumption on the Phantom cars. Experimental tests show that if the Phantom carburetter is made and adjusted correctly, it should give practically equal results to the Silver Ghost. The attached report has been made out with the object of showing how we expect the carb. to function. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
