In regard to the proposed use of Mobiloil "EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}" in the Bentley Gear Box we see no objection whatever to this provided that the oil is not too heavy for the proper operation of the synchromesh cones during cold weather. We think perhaps that this is best determined by actual test and we would much appreciate any advices you have to offer following actual trial. Mr. Russell Sharp has raised a number of interesting technical queries which we are going into further and will communicate with you at the earliest possible date.
