To Mr. Cowen from EFC. Sales Dept. EFC7/AT14.11.18. X. 1357 [Strikethrough: X.334] RE R.R. CAR LIGHTING SYSTEM. We are aiming on our new car lighting system at obtaining the full output from the dynamo at 15 m.p.h. which, with the 1.5 speed ratio from engine to dynamo pulley, corresponds to 750 r.p.m. of the dynamo. We would like you to tell us if this is correct from the Sales point of view. Would you also kindly let us know what is the usual candle power of the headlights and side and tail lights of the ordinary R.R. 40/50 size cars. We mean, of course, the candle power of the lamps themselves and not the candle power as measured by a photometer in fromt of the car. Have you a copy of the large R.R. lighting catalogue which you could let me have, also have you copies of the C.A.V. and Lucas catalogues which you could spare? EFC. | ||
