Dear Mr. Robotham

While at Park Ward yesterday I gave Mr. Ward a number of points on the new project which I think should be discussed by the people interested, & that could form an Agenda for a meeting.

As most of the time I was there was spent on B.5 we did not have much time to discuss the various points. I therefore asked him to think the matter over & to add anything that he thought necessary, & then forward it on to you for consideration.

If you will then let me know a time that you would like a meeting, I will endeavour to make it convenient to be there.

Yours Faithfully
E.L.Green
