AFFECTED: A-5169, 5170 SECTION NO.: 5100 NAME OF PARTS: Magneto Drive bearing Eccentric Sleeve DESCRIPTION of Alteration: To adopt eccentric sleeve in place of present magneto drive oil cover E-17641. PURPOSE of Alteration: To permit adjustment of centre of magneto pinion relative to camshaft gear so as to eliminate the backlash which tends to develop in running-in timing gears and the consequent gear rattle at slow speeds.
