PHANTOM WHEEL CARRIER. X.8600
X.8400

With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rml/LG21.7.27., reporting on the above wheel carrier, the difficulty in using N.sch. 2402 arises when we supply the wheel carrier without the luggage grid, and we believe that it is the intention of the administration to do this.

Consequently we are not sure that we are right in abandoning the proposal on N.sch.2419 without further test.

Could you kindly send us further particulars of the fracture on this, and preferably the actual broken pieces.
