Re Reduction of Chassis Weight.

Mr Bailey 5.7.12.

With reference to your recent report on the above matter, Mr Royce says :-

"I quite agree with the stand Mr Bailey has taken but we must reduce weight, our standard of strength may be too great and probably is, therefore the parts seem well proportioned but they must be made lighter even if slightly weaker.

Mr Bagnall has suggested and Mr Royce agrees that the gear box blanks should be lightened and also stampings for small levers.
