I am very sorry to see the serious engine failure at 6,400 miles owing to valve breakage.

I have been keeping a note of the chief troubles which have occurred since the test started and attach a list.

I thought it would be helpful if I sent this in advance so that we could be informed at the meeting on Friday re action being taken regarding these troubles.
