Car holds the road fairly well. Ignition - Delco coil only. Timing - Retarded 7° P.T.D.C. advanced 10.5° B.T.D.C. On Governor 25° B.T.D.C. Order of Firing 1, 4, 2, 6, 3, 5. Steering Not reversible - not self centering - no wobbles. Road Shocks felt in wheel. Dia of circle to turn car - Right Hand 40 ft. 10" Left Hand 40 ft. 9 1/2" Lean of Pivots - O.S. 9/16" N.S. 11/16" - length 8 3/4" Length of centre of sphere to centre of axle - 57". Gearbox and engine one unit - diagonal stays [stops crossed out] from rear of axle and across axle. Foot brake, outside band - inside band side brake. Ignition Switch starts motor running slowly - when car is running slowly starter motor overruns engine which causes a clicking sound. Back lash in transmission taken on road wheel 1 9/16". | ||
