(15) High speed sparking characteristics :-

1 Max regular sparking gap for all high speeds:-
(a) 6.5 mm
(b) 8.5 mm
(c) 9.5 mm

2 Shortcircuiting one gap extinguishes spark immediately following for:- (a) at 2,700 r.p.m.
(b) at 3,300 r.p.m.
(c) Sparks not affected at retard at all.

Sparks otherwise appear quite equal.

(16) Low speed sparking characteristics :-

Speeds :- (a) 220 r.p.m.
(b) 330 r.p.m.
(c) 410 r.p.m.
