(6) The battery when refilled will become as reliable and as durable as a new battery and will continue so for a few years unless the battery is damaged by short circuit.
(7) Gold Seal Electrolyte dissolves or converts the deposit on sulphated or calcinated plates, thus regenerating the battery. Even if the plates are partly eaten through, a battery will take a substantial charge and give useful service.
(8) Gold Seal Electrolyte does not detrimentally affect the electrodes; on the contrary, the plates are covered with a light film which acts as a protection and preservative.
(9) When using Gold Seal Electrolyte the life of any new lead battery is considerably increased by anything up to five times its usual life.
(10) A new uncharged lead battery filled with Gold Seal Electrolyte will immediately start a car without damage, though it may be necessary to give a few revolutions of the starting handle.
(11) Owing to diminished internal resistance a battery filled with Gold Seal has 25% more capacity and 25% more starting power after charging than batteries filled with other electrolytes.
(12) Fumes given off by Gold Seal Electrolyte are non-injurious.
(13) Gold Seal Electrolyte contains very much less sulphuric acid than other electrolytes.
(14) The Specific Gravity can be adjusted as required from 1100 to 1350.
(15) There is practically no corrosion on the terminals.
(16) The Battery will not run down when standing for a period of one month or more when filled with Gold Seal.
(17) There is no damage to plates, however long the battery stands, say one year, if Gold Seal is used.
(18) A battery filled with Gold Seal is subject to less damage by a short circuit.
(19) All attempts to analyse Gold Seal Electrolyte have failed both in England and Germany.
(20) Gold Seal in service is by far the cheapest electrolyte in use on the market.
(21) Any type of lead battery may be tested as and when required by anyone interested to prove that Gold Seal Electrolyte upholds the above contentions.
