Jeavons Lubricating Spring Gaiters. We are in receipt of a letter from these people, dated 21st inst. ref.- T/RS {Sir Henry Royce's Secretary} /NH, as follows:- "With reference to our recent correspondence "with regard to our new type of Gaiter in which the "leather is blocked out entirely covering the spring "clips. "After careful consideration of this matter, we "have decided for the present to adhere to our old "type of Gaiter in which the leather is cut away in "order to allow the clip bolt to protrude, unless "the words "Blocked Clips" are specifically stated "on measurement form or order. "By this means your customers can choose "alternately according to their wishes. "Orders now in hand on your behalf are being "blocked out, but we shall follow the above system "on all orders coming to hand from you after receipt "of this letter." Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} | ||
