WRAITH - INDUCTION PIPES.

We send you herewith two blueprints of

ExS. 74 Induction Pipe. 1 off.

This pipe has been produced at the request of Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} (see memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}6/R.15.9.37.) for development work on the above engine.

It will be seen that the only modification from the pipe EW.862 is the reduction of the main bore from 1.600 dia. to 1.400 dia. The matching up of the 1.600 dia. branches to the 1.400 dia. is to take place round the radius as shewn on the drawing.

It is intended that the core for EW.862 shall be modified to produce Ex.S.74.

Will you kindly instruct two sets of pipes.

Note: One set of these prints have been handed to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}
