| x1525 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} D/L9/B25.4.21. You have in the Experimental Department a Humber car and with it was purchased the annual license. Will you kindly say if the question of transfer of this car has been arranged as I have not seen anything of the registration book which should be in our possession. The procedure is that the seller forwards the registration book to the Council with whom the car is registered advising them to whom it has been sold, and the purchaser also notifies the Council Authorities that he has purchased the car and applies for the registration book.
