| To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X227 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}19/KW.13.8.35. Bentley Frame Tests. We very much want to try the Cadillac type cross for the Bentley shown on your Ex.19490. Will you please make up one of these and fit it to the test frame. We think new side channels might be advisable, or alternatively, the present ones re-heat-treated as they have now a large permanent set. As soon as 5-B-IV body arrives we shall fit it to the frame for torsion tests with both crosses. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
