RE NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I SIDE LEVER MECH: N.S.2079

With reference to the Improved Change Speed Mechanism to N.S. 2079. We omitted to mentioned in our RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}11/BE. 28.10.25. when dealing with Spring for Change Gear Shaft that Plunger Spring G.72968 used in Selector Shaft should also be modified.

The Spring as used on Experimental cars is as follows:-

Free Length .875.
Dia. of Wire .036 (20 SWG)
Complete Coils - 6.
Load required to compress to .550 - 2.5 lbs.

Would you therefore issue the necessary alterations.
