SpectreCodename for Phantom III Brakes. Pull off Springs.

Instead of concentrating the pull off springs on the shoes, as originally intended, it seems better to provide an additional pull off spring on each brake between the adjustment and the pedal and reduce the springs on the shoes, as this reduces the load required to operate the adjustment.

We have accordingly prepared N Sch. 4242 showing the proposed additional springs for both front and rear brakes.
