Modification to the Spectre Brakes with the addition of pull-off springs.

Instead of concentrating the pull off springs on the shoes, as originally intended, it seems better to provide an additional pull off spring on each brake between the adjustment and the pedal and reduce the springs on the shoes, as this reduces the load required to operate the adjustment.
