STEERING.
Discuss question of Steering on Wraith and Bentley Chassis.

HOYTS WHITEMETAL BEARINGS.
Agreement required to use D.T.D. 299 Steel for Hoyts Whitemetal Bearings, analysis as follows :-
Carbon Not more than 0.15%
Silicon " " " 0.3%
Manganese " " " 0.6%
Sulphur " " " 0.05%
Phosphorus " " " 0.05%
The above is Hoyt's standard Material being very similar to our S/LC. and would facilitate Production of the Bearings if Hoyt's can obtain the above Material from their usual suppliers.

SPOT-WELDING.
Discuss the introduction on Wraith of the following Spot-welded details.
Saving per Chassis.
(1) Battery Box. 2.45 sh.
(2) Bonnet Side Plate. 1.05 "
(3) Steering Box Brkt. .96 "
(4) Spare Wheel Carrier Side Tube. 3.22 "
(5) Petrol Tank Straps. 1.18 "
Total saving per Chassis. 8.86 sh.
Samples in BY's. Office for Inspection.

REMARKS.
