Trouble with rear axle buffers and a proposal to fit Packard-type buffers.

REAR AXLE BUFFERS. We are experiencing trouble with the latest rear axle buffers on 32-EX. in France. These buffers apparently will still not resist a major blow without failure. We therefore want to try the Packard type of buffer on the rear of 33-EX.
