| To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.9/AP.10.8.37 Ph.III. REAR AXLE BUFFERS. We are experiencing trouble with the latest rear axle buffers on 32-EX. in France. These buffers apparently will still not resist a major blow without failure. We therefore want to try the Packard type of buffer on the rear of 33-EX. We have bought a pair of Packard buffers and would like you to fit these as shown on Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}435. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} | ||
