Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., D E R B Y, England. For attention Mr. Hives: Dear Sirs: Referring to correspondence between Messrs. O.{Mr Oldham} D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Cars, Ltd., and your goodselves, wherein they informed you that I should probably be in England with the "O.D." Car during this month, and would, if you desired, call upon you accompanied by their Chief Engr. I have had to postpone my visit to England until early in February, but now expect to be there about 6th/7th. I should be glad, therefore, if you could let me know if you definitely desire to see the Car, so that I may make my arrangements accordingly. Messrs. O.{Mr Oldham} D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Cars, Ltd., have doubtless informed you that I am largely financially interested in their firm, and that I am also the Owner of the only "O.{Mr Oldham} D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary}" Car. Further, I might add, that my name is in all probability known to you, as my Uncle, Mr. F.{Mr Friese} L. Heyn, has recently purchased one of your Cars. Awaiting the favour of an early reply, I remain, Yours faithfully, Richard G Heyn [STAMP: RECEIVED JAN 28 1922] | ||
