contd :- -6- characteristic with the minimum of complication. In order to obtain an exact record of shock absorber loadings that give us good riding, and also to assist us in any further investigations, we are contemplating making a small indicator to get complete records of the internal pressures. As the speed of operation is so low, this can be of a very simple type. Our present maximum pressure readings hardly tell us enough about the behaviour of the shock damper.
