piece from the bar. ⑤ Of the two casting prints :- One goes to Mr. Cheetham, & one to the Expt. Dept. Stores. [crossed out: for Mr Clark] for Mr Coverley. ⑥ The other prints all go to the Expt. Dept. Stores ⑦ The [crossed out: prints of supersheeting are to be] order [crossed out: for Mr Coverley, is] sent to Mr Clark for the Expt Dept and rough out for heat-treatment, searching the pieces off the [crossed out: L. C.] print, if so without the necessity for operations, & rough out the case-hardened pieces for carburising, hardening &c. They do not need operation drawings for this job, as they will work from their own initiative, to give the final results specified on the detail. ⑧ The original details, after printing, are returned to the Drawing Office for their assistance in completing an arrangement. If any details are found wrong at this stage, it is [crossed out: probably] not too late to alter them, in the Expt. Dept. before they have gone too far. | ||
