Referring further to your letter of the 15th instant, reference Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.24/JH, will you kindly note we are sending on to you at once a CC. Heater which we do not think will have the cold patches you complain of, and we shall be glad if you will return the one you have, so that we can thoroughly examine it.

Please mark the Heater you are returning "for the attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Blomeley".

Referring particularly to the third paragraph of your letter, we have the pleasure to send you herewith Rheostat data following the tests carried out.
