X 4383 293 EFC. BY4/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 28. 4. 24. 20. HP. CHASSIS 72-A-7, SHUFFLEBOTHAM. DYNAMO NO. 293. I have in my Office at the moment the dynamo from the above chassis, which has been returned as the outcome of faulty running. The customer complained generally of trouble with his dynamo. A tester was sent with a new machine which he fitted, and brought back the old one. The Armature appears to have been very hot, the solder having run from the Commutator. As to whether this is due to an open circuit or bad bedding of the brushes is a matter I would like you to decide. Will you kindly send along to my Office for the dynamo, which will be handed over to your lad by my typist. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
