3rd July, 1934.

Mr. Brookes,
The Aerolite Piston Co. Ltd.,
SLOUGH.

Dear Brookes,

With reference to the set of RR.53 pistons which you are holding for aluminiting, we should now like these for test.

We should like the dimensions to be as set out in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}7/KW.16.6.34, page 2.

We could possibly prepare another set of pistons which would be available if and when facilities for anodic treatment eventuate.

We have to-day wired you about the pistons mentioned in our letter of the 25th June, and hope you will be able to despatch them by passenger train as soon as they are ready.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED
