X.8650 - AUTOMATIC SWITCH. EAC II

Referring to our memo BY/RD4/ML5.11.24., we instructed you to produce an Auxiliary Coil on the Automatic Switch wound with 26 S.W.G. wire. We are now informed by EFC. (EFC2/T6.11.24) that he is of the opinion that 27 S.W.G. would be suitable, therefore before producing the Auxiliary Coil wound with 26 S.W.G. wire, will you please put in hand one coil having the same heavy winding as originally instructed and 252 turns of 27 S.W.G. (.0164) D.C.C. copper wire. If then this is not suitable we can try the 26 gauge wire.
