If the present spare wheel carrier,(which is unquestionably satisfactory,)is pushed on one side, then so far as i can see we may give up all hopes of attempting to fit any design of our own for another twelve months, as R.{Sir Henry Royce} is far too busy to turn again to this subject, particularly when he has given it the fullest possible consideration and designed a scheme which, to the technical people at this end, is by far the best thing we have ever seen in this connection.
