To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X1332 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/KW.17.4.36. 36-EX - Tyre Noise. This car has proved to be so bad for tyre noise that we have agreed with Sales to fit the Experimental scheme of rubber shackles to see whether it will satisfy them. We instructed a set of parts for 35-EX in our memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}11/KW.6.12.35, and understand that these are now ready. We also have a set of the necessary 7" deflection top leaves with the large eye. Will you please fit these to 36-EX as soon as ever possible.
