Confirming our conversation with By/HEB.{H. Biraben} yesterday, we wish to get a lightened bumper bar on both ends of 12.B.V. before it leaves for France.

We understand that the front bumper can be an actual "Ripple" part, but that the rear bumper may have to be a lightened version of the present B.V. arrangement.
