Sparton SCS De Luxe Bugle Type Horn.
This horn is constructed with a long slightly expanding straight-sided trumpet projecting forward from the diaphragm.
Overall length 16 1/2"
Weight with clip 5 lb - 10 ozs.
Finish black, fairly good American style.
(There is a seam along the trumpet)
The magnet is three-legged and laminated with the coil wound on the middle leg. The armature is laminated and controlled by very stiff springs. A domed cover held on by spring clips encloses the mechanism.
The coil resistance is .84 ohm. This probably includes a non-inductive
