Dear Anderson, Many thanks for your short note regarding the headlamps you left with me. They are still under my desk and I am arranging for same to be returned to you immediately. I took them over to Messrs.Lucas for examination in their Dark Room and whilst we all agree the scheme is quite good from the point of view of dazzle, the amount of light wasted due to the use of the device is rather extravagant and furthermore the cost of fitting such a device to headlamps would be rather prohibitive owing to the delicate construction of the same. Many thanks for the opportunity of examining these headlamps, as you know I am always interested in any new developments you may come across on the electrical side. Yours sincerely, | ||
