To H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} from BJ.
Copies to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hoy.

Rudge-Whitworth Wire Wheels.

I attach reports from Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer} (Bt{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}2/EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}9.6.22) and Rg.{Mr Rowledge} (Rg{Mr Rowledge}2/W15.6.22), as I believe Mr. Royce is particularly interested in the question of Rudge-Whitworth and Dunlop wheels just now and you may consider these reports worth putting before him when he is discussing the matter.

There is little doubt that Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer} refers to a report from Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} which was mentioned at a Sales Conference. Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer} apparently misunderstood the reference and thought it was a report from Rg{Mr Rowledge}, as both Rg.{Mr Rowledge} and Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} were connected with Wolseley's.
