Attached is a copy of a letter we have received from Leylands. We have handed over the information relating to the High Power Head to Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} It seems from the drawing submitted that Leylands left off on this engine where we started with our single cylinder work, and since they only abandoned this engine because of exhaust valve trouble, we with our specialised knowledge of exhaust valves, due to aero requirements, should have a good chance of success.
