Hanbury - Head Complaints} I cabled you today that two of the new set of valve springs broke between here & Detroit after flogging between 300 & 500 miles up to 94 M.P.H by speedometer. Of course one cruises at 80-85 here. This makes eight springs in all that have failed. I cannot see that anything silly is wrong, the springs almost come choc a block with the valve open but this is our usual practice.
